Haven Outdoor was built on a simple belief: outdoor spaces should be beautiful, functional, and built to last. Since 2021, we have provided expert lawn and plant health care, high-performance synthetic turf and golf greens, and custom landscape lighting throughout the Carolinas, serving homeowners who value thoughtful design and long-term results over quick fixes.
What sets Haven Outdoor apart is our diagnostic approach. Across the Carolinas, challenging soil conditions and environmental stressors often limit the true potential of a landscape. Rather than applying routine treatments and hoping for improvement, we evaluate soil health, plant vitality, drainage, and overall site performance to identify the root cause of issues. From there, we design a plan built for lasting improvement, not temporary results.

Andrew Iverstine founded Haven Outdoor in 2021 with a passion for helping homeowners solve landscape challenges and create outdoor spaces they can enjoy for years to come. With a background in mechanical engineering and a lifelong love of the outdoors, Andrew approaches every property with an engineer's mindset—looking beyond surface symptoms to identify underlying causes and develop lasting solutions. What began as Iverstine Outdoor has grown into Haven Outdoor, reflecting a broader vision of designing, building, and caring for complete outdoor environments. As CEO, Andrew leads the company's vision, oversees the quality and consistency of every division, and remains committed to delivering solutions built on thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and long-term value.

With a strong background in business development and deal structuring, Chandler is responsible for scaling Haven Outdoor’s market presence while simultaneously prioritizing customer-friendly sales processes and long-term relationships. His commitment to transparency, accountability, and value creation help drive the company’s expansion and bolster its reputation in the outdoor services space.
Outside of work, Chandler is a passionate golfer and traveler, interests that reinforce his appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and experiences that bring people closer to the outdoor environments around them.
